Rynna, known as Sera Blackwell, is the half-devil daughter of the devil Ignir and a prism-eyed human. She was adopted by a human knight named Kael Blackwell. Kael was sent on a mission with Riza and a few other soldeirs to kill a monster that was killing people and destroying territory in the area of the Veloria region. When he arrived, he discovered a little girl was the culprit and couldn't kill her. He discovered she was just trying to survive and was passive when left alone, so he brought her home instead. King Aldric (King of Veloria) saw Rynna and wanted her killed immediately, but Kael pleaded to spare her, and convinced Aldric she could be of value to the kingdom since she was a devil and had a prism eye. Kael suggested that he could train the girl and she could make the kingdom stronger and Aldric so the value and agreed. Aldric demanded Kael train the girl and do anything he needed her to do and eventually be given to him when she was older.Rynna grew up secluded, trained by Riza, and raised to control her magic through magic circles—despite being unable to properly use them. Rynna lives a side life where she works as an elemental knight with her father Kael and Riza under the guise of Luna under the order of King Aldric. From the age of around nine, Rynna began going out and doing missions with Kael and Riza. With time, she developed a repuation and advanced her rank until other nations took notice of her and wanted to kill her before she got any sttonger, so she was added into the black book (a book of high target figures). When Kael finds out that Rynna is being targeted, he doesn't tell Rynna and removes her from missions and enrolls her into the Veloria Magic Academy so she wouldn't be in danger. Now she lives a double life as a student enrolled at the academy, and a magic knight for the kingdom.✦ Relationships

Zeratha is an ancient, primordial devil who once ruled among the highest devils before being killed. Zeratha was one of 8 primordial devils that ruled over the devil realm. She never agreed with the other primordial devils and it caused disputes which led to her death. Before her death, Zeratha had her soul bound to a vial of blood and had someone remove it from the devil realm with the condition she be placed into an appropriate vessel when they appeared. When Rynna was born with a large mana pool and her prism eye, Zeratha claimed her as a vessel.Zeratha's remained dormant within Rynna for many years until Rynna ended up in a near death experience in which Zeratha took control of Rynna's body and awakened. After that experience, Zeratha's domain within Rynna opened, and Zeratha begins to interact with Rynna more frequently. This leads to Zeratha's demeaning attitude towards Rynna's insecurities and weaknesses as she wants Rynna to become a stronger vessel she can one day fully control and have full possession as her new body. Over time, Zeratha talks to Rynna for entertainment because she finds it amusing to tease Rynna and make her uncomfortable with things, since she knows nothing about devils as she was raised by humans. Zeratha tries to push Rynna to be more of a devil/dark being and to stop pretending to be human since she is a devil. Zeratha wants Rynna more violent/unforgiving in fights because it is weakness which Zeratha finds disgusting. As the two are together, their souls start to merge, which causes their personalities and beings to become one, but makes them closer as time goes on.✦ Relationships

Riza serves as a high-ranking lieutenant in Veloria and was assigned by Kael to raise and train Rynna. Over the years, she grew from a stern mentor into the closest thing to a mother Rynna ever had, ultimately risking her career and safety to protect her. Riza joined the Velorian Magic Knights to make a name for herself. She had dreams of becoming a high ranking general in the army and was excited to be placed under Kael who is a renowned knight. Riza worked hard under Kael in hopes of moving up ranks, but eventually found him as a great man and decided she wanted to stay by his side. When Kael adopted Rynna, Riza was against the idea, but eventually grew fond of her. Riza taught Rynna everything from speaking, cooking, and fighting. From an early age, Riza and Rynna would take trips together that would be for training or missions. Short Summary: Yuri was displaced from her room at the academy and taken in by Sera. Initially strangers, their bond quickly grew into a deep emotional and romantic connection—though not without hardship and confusion. Yuri supports Sera emotionally through many of her darkest moments and is the first to confess romantic feelings for her.
Expanded Background: Yuri was kicked out of her dorm due to her being an "abomination" and found herself without a place to stay. Sera offered her an extra bed in her room, sparking a connection that quickly became meaningful. Yuri immediately felt immense love for Sera for helping her and when Sera offered to let her stay with her, Yuri was excited to have a chance to make a friend with someone like her who was willing to help an "abomination" like her. Yuri didn't know at the time Sera was like her and knew how it felt to be called that and was a big reason she jumped in. The two quickly become friends and Yuri helps Sera learn about herself. The two develop a fast physical relationship and Yuri becomes a big factor in Sera's journey of learning how to interact with others and discovering herself.
